Top Crypto Gainers Today on DEXTools

On Wednesday, Bitcoin’s price soared to $52,000, marking its highest point in over two years before slightly retreating to the mid-$51,000 range. This recent uplift is largely attributed to BlackRock’s spot Bitcoin ETF, which impressively acquired more than 10,000 BTC tokens on Tuesday alone.

Meanwhile, other leading cryptocurrencies such as Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Cardano (ADA) are also witnessing notable success. Each of these coins has seen an increase of 5-7% in the last 24 hours, showcasing strong performance across the board.

While these gains are commendable, they pale in comparison to the explosive growth often seen in the markets for low-cap “shitcoins”. Due to their minimal liquidity and small market capitalizations, these coins frequently see daily gains that can surpass tenfold increases.

The allure of rapid profits has naturally drawn a large crowd of enthusiasts, commonly referred to as “degens” who are on the hunt for swift financial wins.

Here’s a look at some of today’s top crypto gainers, as showcased on DEXTools, capturing the attention of those in search of the next big opportunity.

Top Crypto Gainers Today

Newly launched asset management token MOONAI ($iMOON) has seen an impressive 3,500% pump since its launch on Wednesday.

That’s according to DEXTools, which puts its market cap at $330,000.

$iMOON has locked liquidity of around $110,000, lowering the risk of a liquidity rug pull attempt.

It also has a good DEXTscore of 96/99 and no concerning aspects to its smart contract.

Of course, the shitcoin could still be a scam, so investors should always do their due diligence.

A recently launched shitcoin called BabyTrump ($BabyTRUMP) has pumped 600% on Wednesday.

Its market cap was last around $250,000 with around $220,000 in liquidity, as per DEXTools.

Investors should be very cautious about this shitcoin.

DEXTools’ smart contract audit has identified that the tax is potentially modifiable, amongst other concerning aspects.

The token could easily be a scam.

Spyro ($SPYRO)

Spyro the dragon-themed meme coin Spyro ($SPYRO) is up close to 300% on Wednesday, as per DEXTools.

Its market cap has now reached an impressive $4.12 million, with over $850,000 in liquidity.

It has a 99/99 DEXTscore and only one concerning aspect to its smart contract.

That suggests it’s unlikely to be a scam, although investors should always do their due diligence. There’s no such thing as zero risk.

Crypto Alternatives to Consider

The above-noted top crypto gainers today could see further explosive upside, but they may just as likely plummet back down.

Investing in low-cap shitcoins is a very risky strategy. An innocent-looking project could easily turn out to be a scam.

And a few big sell orders could easily drive the price 80% lower.

A strategy that is still risky, but arguably has a better risk reward is getting involved in crypto presales.

The idea is that investors secure tokens of up-and-coming, high-potential crypto projects/protocols at a discounted early price.

These projects then put those funds to work, paying for protocol development and marketing.

Ideally, once the token launches on cryptocurrency exchanges, the project can generate enough hype to engineer a token price pump.

While lots can go wrong when investing in crypto presales – unforeseen circumstances can prevent a project from delivering on its vision – savvy presale investors routinely secure gains of 10x or more.

With hundreds of presale projects vying for investor funds, analysts at Cryptonews have been combing the market.

Here are 14 of the presale projects with the highest potential.
